About Us
Dr. Dennis Downey attended the University of Northern Iowa. He went on to graduate from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1981, Magna Cum Laude. Later that year, he founded Downey Chiropractic Clinic.
Dr. Downey is the proud member of a family of chiropractors.
Downey Chiropractic Clinic currently consists of two practicing physicians----- Dr. Dennis Downey and his brother, John, chiropractic assistants and support staff to serve our patients competently with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism.
Dr. Downey is strong proponent of manual therapy, especially spinal manipulation therapy (otherwise known as “SMT”). He believes that chiropractic treatment is made more effective by supplementing it with the following:

Physical therapy;

Lifestyle counseling; and

Preventative medicine.
Dr. Dennis Downey is licensed and certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Diplomate, the State of Idaho, and is a member in good standing of the Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians.
